Health & Community WelfareA distinguished Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons, Dr. Fakayode serves as the Head of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at a premier medical institution in Abuja. Hailing from Ijero-Ekiti, his clinical expertise is matched by a commitment to modernizing healthcare delivery through E-health management and advanced life support protocols.
He leads Ìdérà's health initiatives with a focus on maternal wellness, emergency response systems, and systemic healthcare reform across Yorùbáland.

Esther Adedulu
Deputy Director
Community Health & CultureEsther Adedulu is a multifaceted healthcare professional and entrepreneur, integrating indigenous Yorùbá heritage with modern clinical practice. A graduate of Elizade University and a specialist in nursing, midwifery, and public health, she is the founder of Adire/Aso-oke Med Scrubs—a venture dedicated to bringing cultural identity into the medical field.
Based in Ibadan, she brings a unique blend of community health expertise and creative leadership to the Ìdérà team, overseeing capacity building and cultural preservation initiatives.
